How this product works
SAMe, which occurs naturally in the human body, is involved in the synthesis of various neurotransmitters in the brain, and may be useful for normal healthy nerve and brain function. SAMe Forte 400 may assist in the management of mood swings and may also help relieve nervous tension, stress and mild anxiety. Because adequate levels of vitamins B12 and folic acid are necessary for normal SAMe production, these nutrients have been included in this formula.

Directions for use
Recommended adult dosage
Take one to two tablets twice daily
or as recommended by your healthcare professional.

Caution
Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet. Individuals who are using prescription anti-depressants or suffer from bipolar depression should not use this product unless under the supervision of a healthcare professional.

Each tablet contains
SAMe (S)-S-Adenosylmethionine (208mg) as disulfate tosylate 400mg, Vitamin B1 (Thiamine Hydrochloride) 5mg, Vitamin B2 (Riboflavine) 5mg, Vitamin B3 (Nicotinamide) 5mg, Vitamin B5 (Calcium Pantothenate) 5mg, Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine Hydrochloride) 5mg, Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin) 250mcg, Calcium Ascorbate Dihydrate 25mg and Folic Acid 50mcg.

No added
yeast, gluten, lactose, sugar, artificial flavours, artificial sweeteners, artificial colours, artificial preservatives, dairy products or animal-derived products.
